Your workshop will be held at the secluded Immanuel Retreat Center southwest of Spruce Grove. It is a place of solitude in a country setting fully equipped with six bedrooms with attached two piece baths, meeting room with AV equipment, lounge area and full kitchen facilities. Driving Directions
Airport InformationOur workshops are a convenient 25 minutes north of the Edmonton International Airport (YEG) for participants who will be flying to attend a workshop. AccommodationsWe now have on-site accommodations available for workshop participants. Very affordable at only $15 per night! Please indicate on your registration form if you would be interested in this option and we will contact you with further information. Devonian Botanical GardenOnly twenty minutes southeast of Stony Plain, the Devonian Botanic Garden is a breathtaking must-see for anyone who loves the outdoors. The Garden includes an authentic Japanese Garden, attractive floral gardens, collections of native and alpine plants, and ecological reserves, and is situated within an attractive rolling landscape of pine trees and wetlands. Connected gardens extend over 80 acres with an additional 110 acres of natural areas for visitors to enjoy. The Devonian Botanic Garden is a regional centre for horticultural and environmental collections of living plants and fungi. The collections serve as repositories for native Alberta species and specimens of botanical, horticultural, historical, medicinal, and geographic significance collected worldwide.
