Carman's Caper

This is an incredibly easy casserole to make with almost anything on hand - and it always tastes great! Increase as needed for size of family served, this recipe serves four.

bullet1 lb lean ground beef, roast beef, roast pork or chicken, cooked and chopped
bullet8 oz pasta, any type, cooked and drained
bullet1 cup corn, peas, or any vegetable (including mixed), frozen or leftover
bullet1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
bullet1 can tomato or cream of tomato soup
bullet1 cup grated cheese 

Layer in the order listed in a 9 x 9 pan or 2 quart casserole. Bake in oven at 350F, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 1/2 hour. Serve and enjoy.
